LOL! I knew someone would go there, but I hoped it would be someone who agreed. She's pretty enough, but it's the character, not the look. I guess it's the way she sticks with a guy like Jimmy, so her standards are low and I can imagine her sticking with me, even when I screw up. I like the arc of her character changing, which seems to be a lost technique of fiction now, at least television fiction. I don't want to say more to avoid spoiling it for anyone thinking of watching. I guess I need to get an avatar of her, but one that doesn't make it look like I'm claiming to be a woman.

What kind of bread? I'm partial sour dough.

I'm just beginning this baking hobby and I have not gotten to sourdough yet. I have baked artisan bread and loaf bread to learn to do yeast breads. I'm not good at it yet because my bread comes out kinda dense and not fluffy as I'd like it. I'm pretty good at cooking quick breads like biscuits and cakes, banana nut bread, chocolate cake.

I've been thinking this is much more healthy but I read somewhere that it not just the ingredients in commercial baking but the wheat itself has changed to make bread cheap instead of good and healthy and that is part of why westerners are so fat. I don't see myself growing my own wheat, so I'll try to find some of the old fashioned flour.

Weird, but when I say "Old School" I mean Obama-era. Biden would have been another Obama as far as policies, but he was guided, I guess by some people whose ideas I believe and hope are very much in the minority.

I agree the party is going in the wrong direction, and I sure hope it is a passing phase.
