I'm Contemplating Grilling Something

I have a gas grill and a charcoal grill. Depends on what is on the menu as to which one I use. Beef is almost always charcoal. Pork tenderloins and chicken is almost always gas.

I did grill a big ol hunk of decaying bovine flesh this evening. Was quite tasty.
I raised the beef too. I think it was Ol Bobtail that got eat on today.

Baked tater and salad and horseradish.
With fresh homemade yeast rolls my housekeeper made today.

I am going to the market to get me some fresh salmon to prepare this weekend with some nice steamed broccoli and rice

She is wonderful. Cooks 3 meals a day for me and keep my house clean.
Her husband is my farm hand and I let them live in a house on my farm and provide them a truck to drive.
Plus I do pay them money too

I feed myself on weekends though. Usually plenty of good leftovers in the fridge.
I gave her the evening off and fended for myself this evening.

HOA won't let us use anything else, since some nitwit with a Hibachi left it going in high winds and burned down one of the condo buildings.

Don't blame the retread....insurance companies won't insure rental dwellings if charcoal grills are allowed. They're a huge liability.
