That's what makes this even worse for Biden and Bragg. Cohen told the NY DOJ that he stole from the Trump org, and they let him get away with it (and keep the money) so he would be a more convincing witness against Trump.
So, not only is the trial a sham, the prosecution is actually in on the crimes.

Trump set the example by stealing tens of thousands of dollars from anyone he ever crossed paths with. The guy screwed over his own niece and nephew for tens of millions of dollars from their grandfather's estate.
Trump was on stage this weekend saying a contractor should not be paid. Screwing over the little guy is the ONLY way Trump has ever made money.

Judge Merchan is a bigger disgrace because he heard this admission as well as all the perjury Cohen spewed during his hours of testimony. And allowed the suborning of perjury in his "courtroom".
Cohen admitted on cross-exam that he embezzled tens of thousands of dollars from Trump Inc., but is not being prosecuted by the Manhattan DA because of his cooperation by testifying about false business record entries that are misdemeanors.
Cohen’s crimes are clear felonies that he admitted to.
