Lets see, 36 years ago it was 1988. Reagan had race pimped white America for nearly 8 years by that time. His parents were born during the 1960's which means Andrews parents grew up benefitting from what thei government gave to his grandparents in various programs like the New Deal, Servicemens Readjustment Act, and the FHA. So Andrews life was impacted by the benefits his parents got by growing up white in America.

In Andrews life he has indeed been hired or advamnced because if his race. He would not know that because his employer could not tell him that. Oh please. There is nothing I got, nor my parents got, that blacks also did not get - including a FREE college education in the 1940s. By the time I came along, blacks were being selected over better qualified whites for admissions to prestigious universities, jobs, and promotions.

In my last job, working for a very liberal organization in a deep-blue city, it was rare for a white person, especially a white man, to get promoted. The promotions went primarily to blacks in general, gays, and black females, instread of better qualified whites. As a result, whites did the jobs of the “promoted” blacks, without the pay of course, and the place ended up with an almost all-white subordinate staff, with blacks and gays in the management roles.

What happened is that there was a rapid turnover of whites who were expected to do the jobs of blacks promoted over them.

So YOU quit your bitching and appreciate all the favoritism you have enjoyed since your college days. The favoritism given to blacks these days is so ridiculous that we end up with Harris and KJP on their roles due to their female blackness, and despite their obvious incompetence.

I come from a middle-class family…. when I moved out of my parents house I became very poor. I was living in an apartment. I never got anything for being white. And it’s sickens me to hear millionaire politicians, white and black claim that “Black people are held back in this country or white people are privileged”.

I Was turned down to get into a college and I didn’t complain about it. I decided to do the best I could. … working for myself and playing poker I’ve had success. I’ve been able to travel to Cambodia and Thailand for fun . A lot of people never even leave America.

She pointed out how A Black MIT Engineer pointed out that Universities have lowered the threshold for minorities when it comes to accepting potential students. He wants equality not equity. Major corporations are denying white applicants as “they don’t advance the diversity admission.”

Macdonald was meant with racism and propaganda from democrat callers. The democrat callers lack substance and facts, instead rely on emotion and namecallling.

Medical schools, Law schools, and academia in general have lowered standards to conform to BLM bullies. This is dangerous for society.

Faculties are pressured by federal agencies and BLM to meet diversity standards. Which inevitably means lowering their admissions for so-called minorities. So that creates a situation where a minority with a lower SAT score is in the same class as a white man with a higher SAT score. Or a lot of white men are simply passed up for, so-called minorities with lower qualifications. Obviously this constitutes racism against white men and it’s disgraceful.

Blacks juveniles are getting shot at 100 x the rate compared to white juveniles…overwhelmingly almost all by other blacks. A black is 37 times more likely to commit a non lethal crime against a white compared to vs versa. This is a part of the problem and our politicians exacerbate the issue with pro blm policies. Macdonald gets called a racist for pointing out facts by democrat callers.

Arbitrary "standards" need not be lowered. Defining standards is arbitrary.

Historical inequities do not justify perpetuating other inequities. Whether gender, race, ethnicity, creed, or other bases for discrimination, maximizing the talent pool benefits a nation as we address the goal of forming a more perfect union.
