The only reason the lady went to the pot of water was because she was prompted to do so by one of the cop's.

She was never a threat. she never moved like she was going to throw the pot of water on that cop. Even if that were her intention, she was not close enough to do so effectively.

That could have been avoided. This was an unnecessary killing.
