The short version:
Illegals leave home, travel thousands of miles ... braving cartels, coyotes, the heat ... and get to NY.
Once in NY they found too much crime, too much drug use, too much homelessness, and found the shelters too over-crowded with illegals.
So they headed to Canada, the Great White Norh. Now they find Canada too cold, and 'Goldilocks' is on the move back south.
With Goldilocks and illegals, it seems, beggars CAN be choosers.
