How do you know they’re ‘illegal.’

Immigration law allows migrants and immigrants seeking asylum to enter the country to apply for refugee status; an immigrant is not ‘illegal’ until his case has been adjudicated in immigration court.

And of course, it’s a ridiculous lie to claim that American is a ‘Marxist totalitarian banana republic’ – if conservatives had their way they’d turn America into a neo-fascist authoritarian dictatorship.
