Tell that to his family, dipshit.
Everyone hopes Mr. Pollack's family understands this and that they are not knuckle dragging morons who buy into specious logic.
No, the only people who understand your obtuse arrogance are other insufferable douches like yourself who think you know so much more than everyone else, when in fact, you don't know a damn thing.
The argument that an illegal immigrant is somehow more culpable for this accident because he was an illegal immigrant makes no sense. And you KNOW it makes no sense.
This whole charade is ginned up to:
A) create fear of the illegal immigrant
B) reenforce that paranoia especially among those with deep prejudices and hatreds
C) further demonize an entire group of people whose only crime is their lack of visas
With specious logic and xenophobic ire, folks have tried their level best to create a mountain from a mole hill. Unfortunately, those people ran up against some folks who can clearly see through the ruse. In my case, it's because i've stuck around this earth long enough to easily recognize the ugliness of bigotry. With others, it's because they have lived in the culture some of these immigrants arrived from. In both cases, we share the knowledge that people are people all around the world. And, while people sure can do some evil things, there is not a single group, race, creed or religion that is exclusively evil and dangerous. Individuals can be evil and dangerous, but not an entire people.
If you want to live in fear and suspicion of the new, the different, the outsider, have at it. Soon, you'll find that life is too short to be that stupid that long.
