This strategy consists of subjective, impossible-to-prove-or-disprove claims pretending to know the "focus" of the FBI investigation on Hillary's emails. Since the FBI never confirms or denies these unsourced allegations, the orgasmic message board conservatives spreading these rumors brag about their claim not being disproved.
Anything with "focus" claims is likely made up, as evidenced by the anonymity of sources.
