The last time I was unhappy with the country was in 2003 with GW Bush's decision for regime change in Iraq. Proponents made it seem unpatriotic not to support the president. French jokes had me wondering were these folks in their right minds figuring Iraq would be nearly as grateful as the French over the years? The Christian population there went from 1.5 million to near extinction.

Which brings up the question, where was our gratitude to the French for helping us defeat England during the revolution, when Franklin went to France with his hat in his hand begging for money, and Washington had to ride to New York to ask Rochambeau for his help to defeat the British army, because he couldn’t do it?

Cornwallis surrendered that sword to Rochambeau at Yorktown, not Washington. Rochambeau made him give it to Georgey boy.

Actually it was the Chinese who made the concessions by backing down on tariffs against our pork and soybeans. Trump gave them nothing. This year's soybean crop hasn't even been harvested yet, so it should be a good year for those farmers.

The seduction of the fiat currency did much of it. We are all addicted to it now. You want to know what Jesus really was about? To help others while we live in peace and responsibly. We get up in the morning to work and return at dusk. We build foundation. Jesus had anger towards sinners who did not stop.
