If You're Not A Racist Why Do You Have a Problem With People Calling it Out?

You’re amazingly dull.

You cannot intelligently discuss the topic, so you turn to trite aphorisms that don’t even apply.

Go sit in the corner, Dildo_really.
RFK, Tulsi Gabbart and Pete Hegseth are qualified?

Of course. I personally wouldn’t have selected Bobby, Jr. but that doesn’t make him unqualified. Tulsi is certainly qualified. And, obviously, Hegseth is very well qualified.

Cause -- it's also usually amazingly drunk.

The obvious answer here is that the word has been so over-used that it not means pretty much anything. Or nothing.

I've been called a racist, more than once, for saying that I didn't think much of Obamacare. People are constantly called out like that.

The only thing that tactic accomplishes is to increase animosity and resentment. Day after day, month after month, year after year, it just doesn't stop. And the resentment keeps growing.

And then what happens? Those people, when in the privacy of a voting both, give you their response.

So here we are. How's' that working out?
The word racist hasn't been overused. The behavior continues to be overused. The only people making that claim are white racists who wish to freely express their hate. You have said that you are a financial planner. How much do you know about health insurance?

Obama care was a compromise. Obama wanted a nationalized single-payer health care system. The idiots started screaming about socialism and communism. So Obama used the Heritage Foundation plan for health insurance, a conservative plan. And "conservatives" opposed that, yet they can't be called racists even though they opposed their own plan because it was presented by the black president.

I know quite a bit about health insurance. I was the financial guy in the room for a Fortune 100 insurer when they put together Medicare Advantage Plans in my state. County by county, benefit by benefit, provider contract by provider contract, premium by premium. We should have expanded that plan to everyone. An excellent mix of public funding & regulation and private competition and innovation.

Instead, we added to the fucking ridiculous mess SEVEN (7) different health care delivery/payment systems (ACA, group, indigent, VA, Medicare, Medicaid and Worker's Comp) that don't talk to each other and leave massive holes and underperform. No standardization, different coding systems, different billing systems. A fucking mess.

So yeah, I know exactly what I'm talking about.

The problem with your opinion Mac is that the word describes a specific behavior. You see it here every single day. The only thing this BEHAVIOR has caused is to increase animosity and resentment. You want people to ignore the behavior because you think winning elections are the only goal. The racism goes on day after day, month after month, year after year, it just doesn't stop. And your solution is to be quiet about it so somebody can win an election. Stop ignoring the behavior and buying into the white racist narrative

4.8 million voters were purged from the rolls during the past election. The majority were people of color. 1 white man in Georgia challenged 40,000 black voters. This is what lost the last election and we are just supposed to be quiet about it, and in your opinion, it will stop.

You immigrated here, and you obviously didn't learn American history. Each time America has moved forward on race, there has always been a white backlash trying to stop the progress. The election of a black president began the process of voter suppression and it was that suppression that helped Trump in 2016 and 2024. Booker T Washington talked like you and the result was that he stood dumbfounded with his mouth wide open watching whites burn up the South. So again, what you perceive is wrong, and learn that it is not just about winning elections. The way we have done things as blacks has taken us out of slavery and ended overt racism. If we had done what you suggest, we'd be planting cotton in the Confederate States of America.
Then keep screaming RACISM at everything that moves. It's working out just great. Neofascism. Wow, cool.

I'm not trying to change your mind on anything.

.

I was responding to your ambivalence about selecting Bobby.

I'm :dunno: about him.

.
Oh. That’s fair.

I’m not a fan of much of what Bobby, Jr. says.

I am, however, very impressed by how he rattled the fuck out of the douchebag Senators, like that fraud Bernie.

Yep, I just glanced at the rest of the OP just purely for curiosity reasons and I was right. Just another TDS rant. 🙄

Not true.

White Americans never considered the selves racists even during the height of racist slavery and Jim Crow days.

To these people, being called racist is worse than actual racism.

That hasn't changed.
White leftist British let barbarians rape their children for fear of being called racist.

It's not the right who's afraid of words.

shout racism.webp

"We're mad because you call us racists after we made racist comments and supported a racist for President." "That's why Democrats lost because you called us racists for supporting a racist." "If you just be quiet about it and let us express our racism then we will be OK." "Americans felt alienated by Democrats calling them racists, but Americans don't feel alienated by the racist comments made by politicians, pundits, and individuals." This is the logic we are reading in places like this. We are to somehow cater to or change the way we react or respond to racism to make those with racist opinions or who support racist politicians comfortable. This is the solution people are proposing to end the racial divide in America.

LOL you call anyone that disagrees with you on any matter a racist, you are a moron.

We are tired of your racism. 249 years of it is enough. That's what's been pushed too far. Whites who are not racists aren't shamed, nor do they feel guilt. Get that into your mind because we don't give damn what you're tired of hearing. We are the ones who have to live with what the shit does. You don't know what equity means nor are we transitioning to Equality. You are the one who must adapt to the continued resistance to white racism until it stops. So you can be tired of the shame or guilt you deserve for being a punk-ass racist, or you can stop being racist and lying yourself about what equity is, especially because what you think equity is, whites got by excluding everybody else.
I'm the guy who says you, personally, are good enough and smart enough to succeed on your own without help.

That makes you angry. You insist I'm a racist, against all reason and logic.

You have a victimhood fetish, and you're never going to grow out of it.

I'm a man and not every white person is called a racist. You right-wingers do not represent, or speak for, white people.
But you insist you speak for black people, and you attack blacks who speak against your perpetual victimhood mentality.
