SO....what Cuomo just eloquently said is that EVERYONE who has been infected and everyone who has died from CIOVID-19, to include the more than 10,000 elderly Americans he murdered, are to blame for what has happened to them because they are stupid, did not wear masks responsibly, did not social distance properly, and none of this virus stuff would be a problem.....
