If you could change one thing about the solar system. What would it be?

If I were to change anything in the solar system ... I'd take out Mercury ...

From the geocentric point-of-view ... there'd only be 6 wandering stars in our heavens ... so then God would have finished creation on the Fifth Day and rested on the Sixth Day of Creation ...

... and who doesn't like four-day work weeks eh? ... why work an extra day for a planet we never see? ...

Me....
I'd drop a earth size planet within an 89 million mile orbit around the sun. I'd cover it with 80% ocean.

This way it would be possible that life could form on it and humanity would have a livable world within reach....
Instead of focusing on our solar system, I would have a solar system with a young star that is reachable and has two habitable planets orbiting in it, so that when ours expands (as it one day will), we would have other habitable planets to flee to.

Not too young ... it's 4 billion years until life can exist on land ... and are we going to kill off the life that evolves on that other planet? ... that's such a white-man thing to do ... that's if you believe in all that evolution stuff ...

Nothing. I'm not even sure I'd want to live on a planet where fish fingers can't burn.
