If Trump can't be "indicted," does THAT mean he is innocent?

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty... and yes, I'm sorry to break it to you, even Donald Trump.

Moron.......an indictment does NOT mean that someone has been proven guilty......An indictment simply means that there WILL BE a trial where innocence or guilt is proven.

Why is Trump exempt of the same procedure that everyone else must face?.
Uh, do you read the constitution?
do you know what an idcitment is?
In order to remove a President, you have to impeach them, THAT is the indictment.
They did that so crazy loons wouldn't go around removing presidents they didn't like for minor crimes or things they didn't even do. They were smart and saw that people would try that shit, so you cannot indict a sitting president, EXCEPT through impeachment......

Because there is no evidence against him

DERP DERP DERPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP ^^^^^

that you or anyone else but Mueller knows about.

What exactly do you think he is guilty of doing?

Hurting snowflakes feelings .

.

Well, there you go, IMPEACH HIM NOW!!!

The question posed by the thread's title seems to be Giuliani's main "defense" of Trump.....

The first question as to whether a sitting president can or cannot be indicted is one that, eventually, the SCOTUS must resolve....

But much more important, is a sitting president cannot be indicted, all that means is that he or she is ABOVE the law....and not that he or she is innocent.

There is absolutely no doubt that a sitting President can be indicted.

Article 1, Section 3 paragraph 7 of the U.S. Constitution states:

"Judgment in Cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law."

However Mueller cannot indict the President under current DOJ rules. Since the current rules disallow a Presidential indictment, the President could fire Mueller for violating those rules.

If that happened, the indictment would still stand. So effectively Mueller would be out of a job, but the President would be indicted.

To answer your second question, read the constitution and separation of powers., the supreme court will have to clarify can a sitting president be indicted for criminal charges , they can for civil, see Bill clinton

Oh.....thank you,I forgot about Stormy.........lol

If you can type that mean you’re not disturbed?

'Collusion' isn't a crime. If it were, Clinton and Obama would have to be indicted immediately. Because there's no doubt they Colluded with foreign entities to influence our Election.

This whole thing is a Coup-attempt Witch Hunt. It's no coincidence Democrats continue to move the goal posts in the 'investigation.' Now it's suddenly about 'Obstruction' and Trump's finances. The Coup-attempt needs to be put down. It's time.

Indictments don't determine guilt or innocence. A sitting President can't be indicted, however a sitting President can be impeached and then removed from office and then can be indicted.

Nitwit........I have no argument with impeachment...........However, an INDICTMENT is simply a series of charges leading to impeachment....IF the House chooses to pursue such a procedure,,,,,,an indictment is nothing but an ACCUSATION,,,,and THAT is what Mueller intends to propose.

Now, whether the House is in corrupt GOPers hands to pursue, is doubtful....But, if the House switches this Nov.....you morons, Trump cult members will be hurting.
