If the Wuhan Virus had instead come from America and the U.S tried to hide it. How would the world have reacted?

We all know how the world would react if such a virus came from America, killed over 600,000 people and destroyed the global economy.

The communists are either punished severely, or the world is just on borrowed time until the Communists destroy all of civilization. We know for certain the world would be screaming loudly and harshly against America if it had originated there.

I am taking a wild guess here. non-ridiculously governed countries would have taken the virus seriously and taken measures to fight the pandemic. ridiculously governed countries might have done nothing but blaming the USA.
