Scalia died in Feb which is not during election season but McConnell said we must wait because it was an election year not because of election season, and let the voters decide who picks. When Ginsburg died in Sept 2020 it was smack dab in the middle of election season and McConnell forgot all about that objection to it being an election year and said 'fuck the voters lets push it through now'!

I'm just explaining why I think Senator McTurtle has a bigger influence on American politics than anyone else since RayGun....Including the Grumpybear. Turning the SC hard right will be more influential.
