If homos have a constitutional right to marry, why don't siblings.??

But siblings can say the same thing. You don't understand what this thread is about.
I do. It's not right to marry your sibling. It's incest and that's illegal.

It is not any less wrong, any less immoral, any less perverted, for a man to “marry” another man, or for a woman to “marry” another woman. Homoseuxality is not any less sick or evil than incest is; and there is no legitimate reason why government should uphold one of these evils, and not the other.
Wrong. Next!

That's the question the queers can't answer. The law says a man can live with his sister but cannot marry her and that's the same way it always has been with queers.

Fact is there is nothing in the constitution about marriage which means it''s entirely a state issue and the federal courts need to stay out of it.

For what reason(s) do you oppose legalizing incestuous marriage?

[

Why bother with the legislature, much easier to have 5 old men and women make law.

Yup - and it's 5 UNELECTED old men and women on the SCOTUS who have given themselves the power to make law even though the constitution says only congress can do that.
why does it matter that they were unelected? that's the way we choose our supreme court justices. always has been. what's the problem with that?

Corporations are people. Dred Scott.

What does that prove?

Of course it's hypocritical. Gay marriage proponents simply want the majorities' morality replaced with their own. They want to keep it tradition to two people, no siblings, etc. just like the heterosexual marriages they want to mimic, but of course abandon the traditional gender requirements that mankind has enjoyed since recorded history.

You can't be a progressive without being hypocritical, it's two sides of the same coin.

If heteros have a constitutional right to marry, why don't siblings? Your example is a hetero example. So...why not?
This, my fellow American citizens, is a big part of the reason why some folks oppose the Gay Mafia.

The advent of a long downward spiral into collective licentiousness and degeneracy and wickedness - the emasculation of the Republic.

A blind man could have seen this coming a mile away.

But... this is what you want... so this is what you get... this, and what follows.

It is on your heads, and future generations will curse you for your lack of courage, as they, in their weakened condition, fall prey to the barbarians outside the gates.

So you oppose interracial marriage since it eschews the "traditional" race requirements?

That would be inconsistent, but par for the course for dumbfucks like you. Black men are men and as such entitled to not have government discriminate against them. Black men are not women, nor were racist laws the law of the land.

But you said "tradition". The "tradition" was that blacks didn't marry whites. 5 "unelected judges" threw that "tradition" out the window (despite the overwhelming majority of bigoted Americans not wanting them to) based on the same 14th Amendment that allowed gays to marry each other.

That's your "slippery slope" to sibling marriages.

You mean the legalization of interracial marriage don't you?

How a Christian views the world (Biblical world-view) and a non-Christian is so very different it can't be reconciled. Suffice it to say, regardless of laws etc. the world is going into a downward spiral, it is prophesied and, as people become more self-centered and less God centered, so it shall be.

God has a perfect plan for us. But it won't be fulfilled for some time....

But as Christians, it is our responsibility to stand up for our beliefs and tell people about Jesus. To defend what we feel is right and God-honoring. Because, to a Christian, God is first and foremost.

Such as?

I'm not a prophet - but cases can be presented and maybe accepted.
There are many issues that were once deemed unacceptable and wrong, that no longer are.
Do you think this is the end of the road...?

Yeah, "godly" folks like you said the same thing about interracial marriage. See how that ended up?

If doctors can transplant a kidney from one person to another, why can't some right wingers get a brain transplant?

The one they were born with is obviously useless.

List your reasons as to why siblings should not be allowed to marry.

By humanistic/secular standards, I don't have an argument (I'm sure others do and will chime in....)

Personally, I think it is revolting and wrong.
But I also feel that way about homosexuals.

I don't hate anyone, however - I feel nothing but love and compassion for them - I can feel that way and still not agree with their lifestyle however, contrary to popular belief.
