If hillary steps down, votes already cast for her should stand

Dems will say that's not fair but that's the chance voters take when they vote early. Something unexpected can happen and they want to change their vote but i say tough. To give those voters a do-over would not be fair to trump.

Suppose the new ticket is Kaine/Biden and the final vote totals are

trump/pence 40 million

kaine/biden 32 million

clinton/kaine 9 million

Then trump wins.
