After all his rhetoric about her corrupt campaign financing, and the corrupt democratic party, to concede to her would be like joining the evil she is owned by. Bernie would be capitulating to the corporate greed that got her the nomination. It is Sanders obligation to endorse a third party instead of Shrill.

I agree

He'll endorse her.

The alternative is ridiculous and he knows it.
Or he could keep his integrity and not endorse anyone. Despite the stereo-type, not ALL lefties are void of principles and integrity.

He will endorse her and keep his integrity. He's a politician.
Cankles is a war mongering corporatist. He couldn't endorse her for president and retain anything that people found likable. Except for the lefties that already support the elitist ****.

Bernie knows how much of a travesty it would be for any of the republicans running to be elected. He has too much integrity to stand be and let that happen.

Aren't they sort of mutually exclusive? (-: He'll endorse her. His criticism of her ties to Wall St are, and always have been, bogus. Bernie has never grown up to accept we need banks and hedge funds. He has rightfully pushed her towards being more progressive on trade, wages and student loans.

Bernie feels that it is far more important Clinton win than Trump.

Simple as that.

If Bernie endorses Clinton, his supporters will be disillusioned with the democrat party as I have been for over twenty years. Most, like me will vote for the Green party candidate, and Bernie will go down in disgrace. There is no difference between Trump and Clinton...they are both war mongers...both corporate flunkies....both narcissists... and neither will fix anything for the next four years...so Bernie has nothing to lose by endorsing a third party.

Most of Bernie's support is among young and poor people. Young and poor people don't vote.

I keep hearing that, but it's always from right wingers. Never from Bernie supporters or Democrats. Looks like you are just wishing.

True but his supporters may not see it that way. Another "least of the worst" choice.

Meet the Press - April 24, 2016

CHUCK TODD: We crunched some interesting numbers here. So 17 of the 25 states with the highest levels of income inequality have held primaries. Sixteen of those 17 states have been won by Hillary Clinton, not by you. Why?

SEN. BERNIE SANDERS: Well, because poor people don't vote. I mean, that's just a fact. That's a sad reality of American society.

Bernie Sanders said poor people don't vote

he's going to stay in to influence the platform so that the corporatist Dem puppet doesn't give the store away again

Bernie’s new mission: Democrats can stop worrying about Sanders tearing the party apart on his way out

we have an enormous amount of leverage and we intend to use that leverage to shape the party’s platform. Team Sanders can read the writing on the wall: they know they can’t close the delegate gap at this point. But they can take their substantial number of delegates and their historical fundraising operation and their two-million-person donor list to the Democratic establishment and dare them to ignore the issues on which Sanders built his movement.
