A woman’s decision to terminate her pregnancy is within her inherent right to life and the pursuit of happiness specifically when it’s done prior to any stage of development where her fetus has acquired a state of consciousness.

You do not have a baby inside a woman’s body that has never achieved a state of consciousness.

But back to reality. The woman wants the ultimate decision as to whether her offspring should live or die. Doesn’t that make her ultimately responsible for that decision?

The courts should stay out of the support issue all together then. If she feels the need to allow a parasitic clump of cells to use her body to grow, then that’s on her.
