For one woman the value is so great that the couple will go to extraordinary lengths to try and have a baby. The next woman that fetus is akin to a cyst or tumor that needs to be removed. Value is personal.

You say it will become a baby. I say it may become a baby. Miscarriages, that is to say unintentional termination of the pregnancy happens frequently. Somewhere between 20% and 40% of pregnancies end in miscarriage.
