Do Elon next, that phucking phoreigner. So he is, to coin a phrase, an "anchor baby." A phucking phoreigner who happened to be dropped on U.S. soil, before heading back to his real home country.
Maybe the Trump Administration wants to use him as an example case to have the Anchor Baby interpretation of the 14th Amendment declared "bullshit."
I like it!
The Chinese have been doing this by the millions.Hmmm.i
... who primarily speaks the Indigenous Mayan language Tzotzil, was visibly confused during his hearing. His mother said he had lived in Mexico from age 1 until four years ago, when he returned to Georgia.
"his mother, Sebastiana Gomez-Perez, told reporters in Spanish."No, the mother speaks English, it is her son who does not.
This is about the son being illegally held because he does not speak English.
But I live in New Mexico, and at least a fourth of the population does not speak English, like on the Reservations.
Where was Trump mentioned in the link? So, Trump doesn't have to obey any laws written INTO THE CONSTITUTION or made by Congress, if he doesn't like them?
That is the very definition of "Phucking Dictator"
I’m white and I’m a Native American.Wrong.
Yucatan Mayans are natives, while we Europeans are not.
It is we Europeans who rely on citizenship due to birth right.
The natives do not.
The Mayans used to live in North American, so they have natural citizenship rights if principles were followed.
Without anchor babies, then none of us from Europe would have any citizenship rights.
It is bizarre to complain about "birthright citizenship" when clearly that is the ONLY claim to citizenship that any of European ancestry have.
I don't know anyone here who understands Mayan.Lots of citizens do not speak English and do fine.
But I can blame him for not ever learning enough English to speak to anyone here. And you can't blame him for moves that were under his mother's control.
"To the victor go the spoils."Wrong.

Did his parents come here on a legal visa? Not that I am aware of.....? Did his parents leave the USA and go back to China to live? Why yes, yes they did.And no Supreme Court case has ever said so. They hang their hat on a case that dealt with a man, Wong Kim Ark, who was born here of permanent resident alien parents. And as limited to the Chinese issue at that.

So if you have a residence here in the US, or reside in the US, even if your citizenship is elsewhere to a foreign country, your child born on our soil, is an American citizen, (unless born to a foreign diplomat)They were legal resident aliens when Wong Kim Ark was born.
The Supreme Court considered the "single question" in the case to be "whether a child born in the United States, of parentof Chinese descent, who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of the Emperor of China, but have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the Emperor of China, becomes at the time of his birth a citizen of the United States."

Is what that says.....no?
So, you don’t actually have anything to say. Before we go any further, what evidence are you intentionally leaving out?
Something stinks here.....ICE will sort it out.
Really? They haven’t been very good at ‘sorting it out” so far.
