ICE Refuses to Release US Citizen.

The Taliban were created and recruited by the CIA in 1979, to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan.
They are US allies, and we betrayed them.
BS, Carter supported the Mujaheddin in the late 70s. Pakistan's ISI supported and trained the group, mullah Omar among them, in the 80s.

Wrong.
Yucatan Mayans are natives, while we Europeans are not.
It is we Europeans who rely on citizenship due to birth right.
The natives do not.
The Mayans used to live in North American, so they have natural citizenship rights if principles were followed.
Without anchor babies, then none of us from Europe would have any citizenship rights.
Oh please.

So, Trump doesn't have to obey any laws written INTO THE CONSTITUTION or made by Congress, if he doesn't like them?

That is the very definition of "Phucking Dictator"
What’s it too you?

This is an issue for Americans to decide

Brits like you should stay out of it

WRONG.
The only legal way anyone can be put on "detention" is if a judge agrees there is probably cause.
There was not any probably cause or hearing in this case.
Therefore the ICE agents were guilty of the felony of kidnapping.

And YES, state courts most certainly do have authority over Federal Agents who are breaking the law. Can local authorities charge and imprison Federal Agents for rape or kidnapping?
Of course they can.
Releasing their hold does not alter the previous crime of illegally kidnapping a US citizen.
What the f are you talking about? Garcia had a full hearing, he was found to be here illegal and deportable
