You're naive Qdog. The bill of rights applies to American citizens, nothing more.Wrong.
POWs have more rights than citizens due to Geneva Convention protections.
It is illegal to send POWs to another country.
POWs can request hearings at any time, and the only reason they do not is because they like POWs perks.
What you are likely confused by is how badly we treated Afghans at Guantanmo.
But that was because we refused to give them POW status, not because they were POWs.
If you understand the Constitution, the Bill of Rights apply to all human beings, not just citizens. There were no citizens back then.
Expedited removal is the law Obama and Bide deported hundreds of thousands with hearing. All deportations still legally require hearings if the defendant wants one.
That is the law, and it is being violated.
nopeWrong.
Everyone was always offered a hearing in the past.
Link to the “due process” claimbarack obama
AKA Deporter and Chief
Over 3 million deportations
Most of them had no due process
I guess a tiny percentage? How many of them were US Citizens?
All deportations still legally require hearings if the defendant wants one.
.How many of them were US Citizens?
....let all murders go because one may have been caught up questionably.
That's easy for you to say.
You're a hack !
.
Мы, Советы, убили бы 9 невиновных людей только для того, чтобы найти одного виновного.

.So maybe 1 million get deported over 4 years which leaves what? 10? 12? 15? million or more still here?
Offset that with those still coming and? The issue is barely scratched.
My point was that b.o. utilized immigration orders which are basically executive orders to deport millions of illegal aliens.Wrong.
If you make a deal that there is no penalty in addition to the deportation if you forgo the hearing, that is still due process.
It is and always has to be illegal to deport without due process.
The Constitution requires it.
Oh well, let the American taxpayer foot the bill for all the time spent giving them hearings. I know, let's let them all stay with their liberal defenders on here, you feed them, cloth them, pay their legal fees, and health bills, got a problem with that contact Biden HarrisAll deportations still legally require hearings if the defendant wants one.
That is the law, and it is being violated.
Rigby, like all leftists with their upside-down values, is on multiple threads spewing his hatred of Jews - all the while defending illegal alien scumbags. They're POWs. They get sent to a POW camp. One of those camps happens to be in El Salvador. They're getting what they have coming. The only injustice here is that the Democrats who aided and abetted their invasion are getting away Scott free. MAGA
Did cackles and bite me adhere to the law when allowing millions of illegal aliens into the country?Of course it does. And they have the right to Due Process
These leftists are fine with ignoring the laws designed to defend America from invaders and then are up in arms screaming “due process” when we want to deport them.Did cackles and bite me adhere to the law when allowing millions of illegal aliens into the country?
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has confirmed that it has removed 65,682 illegal immigrants from the United States since President Donald Trump took office earlier this year. The agency revealed that a large majority of those arrested included individuals with prior criminal convictions or charges.
ICE Acting Director Todd M. Lyons said that three-quarters of the arrests were of criminal illegal immigrants, highlighting the effort as part of a measure to ensure public safety and national security. “The brave men and women of ICE protect our families, friends and neighbors by removing threats to our communities,” Lyons stated.
Approximately 2,288 of those arrested were identified as gang members from notorious groups such as MS-13, 18th Street, and Tren de Aragua. The statistics revealed arrests of individuals convicted of serious crimes, including 1,329 sex offenses and 498 murders. A further 9,639 faced charges or convictions for assaults, 6,398 for DWIs or DUIs, and 1,479 for weapon offenses.
