ICE arresting more innocent people than criminals. Up 800% more under Trump!

Deporting illegal aliens is the law. I know that's hard for you to grasp but that doesnt change the law.

Which ones? Be specific about which statutes Trump is breaking. Not "individual ICE agents doing X, Y or Z outside of policy and procedure which violates the law" but specific policy and procedures which the current administration has put into place that breaks the law.

We both know you'll either post some gibberish which doesn't cite specific statutes or will just ignore this post though don't we....
How many times do I have to repeat at myself? Only 8% of the illegal aliens that are serious criminals that have been already desígnated as threats to the nation can be deported without a chance of being heard in court. By designation, they are criminals but it is only a misdemeanor that gives them the legal right to be heard in court. That is what the 4th and 5th ammendment say. Read the Damm laws before commenting such ignorance. This is not opinion but research.

wrong anyone here less then 2 years and entered illegally can be deported without a hearing I have linked it twice to you so now go ahead and play stupid and say link again.

I did not give it that title. It was an article that was written about it that gave it the title.

The link itself clearly stated that only 8% of those deported has ever been guilty of a "Serious" crime.

Entering the U.S. is a crime but it is considered misdemeanor more than a crime.

Yes, entering the U.S. illegally is a crime. Specifically, it is a misdemeanor offense under 8 U.S.C. § 1325, which covers "Improper entry by an alien".

Trump is treating all of them as serious criminals and that means he is breaking the 4th and 5th amendment, because under those amendments, those people that have not been found to be guilty of a serious crime, do have rights and Trump is ignoring those laws.

The link itself clearly stated that only 8% of those deported has ever been guilty of a "Serious" crime.

And the other 92% only broke immigration laws, committed tax fraud and identity theft.

They all need to go.

Not sure where you are pulling that statistic from but lets just grant that it's true. It's completely irrelevant. They are here illegally. They dont have to commit some other felony in order to be deported. I'm not sure where you got the idea that they did.

So are you going to cite the instances where this has been violated? Remember when I said be specific? This isnt anywhere near specific.

Foreigners have fewer legal rights than citizens but they do have some

And that includes illagal aliens
I agree. The Administration should have set up courts, hired hundreds and maybe thousands of judges and public defenders and run the courts 24/7, to process these cases. The screaming and gnashing of teeth over "due process" is all part of the open borders schtick. You overwhelm the system by allowing millions of undocumented aliens into and dispersing them thoughout the country. Then scream and cry when someone tries to fix the mess you've made.

Each case can be heard in 5 minutes or less.
And illegal aliens don't qualify for public defenders.

CYA. 11 million + illegal aliens even if you process 1 every 5 minutes it would take over 15 years to process them all.

55,000,000/60 = 916,666 hours
916,666/24 = 38194 days
38,194/365 = 15.2 years

The process would take hours or days in total and each hearing would be at least 30 minutes to an hour. You would need lots of judges, lawyers, and admin assistants to process that many people through the system. Trump does a good job of picking the right side of 80/20 issues. He's a good campaigner. He's lacking in the actual day to day grind of governance.

Assuming you could get courts like that up and running as well as have a steady stream of litigants available within a year of taking office. You would need to average 11 people through the court system every minute 24/7/365 for 3 years to get all those people processed.

15.2 years/1000 "judges" = 38 days.

Bring 20 in at a time.
"Who has evidence they're here legally?"
No one raises their hand.
Bang the gavel. Deport them all.

Bring in the next 20.
"Who has evidence they're here legally?"
One guy raises his hand.
"Show it to me"
"I don't have it with me"
Bang the gavel. Deport them all.

That was 40 in 4 minutes. With one judge.

You are wrong. Due process means exactly that. Having said that, due process is showing the judge why you are deporting this person and judge giving the okay. In the case of known criminals that ALREADY have an established reason to be deported, then that step does not have to be taken.

Nonetheless, if you have a "Juan Perez" individual that you want to deport and there is no previous "established criminal record", you do need the okay from a judge, in order to fulfill the requirements that the 4th and 5th Amendment provides.

Stop making statements that you cannot support. Do yourself a favor and read the 4th and 5th amendments of the Constitution.
The 4th amendment deals with searches and seizures and the 5th amendment deals with criminal cases

Did you bother to read them? They have nothing to do civil deportations

The word “court” does not mean what anti MAGA libs think it means

ICE reviews the documentation -if any exists - to see if the person has a legal visa or not

If not, then they get deported
