I used to think Sanders was a good guy but he is a hypocrite and Cortez turned into a nut after her first term, I have faith in local politicians but on a National scale…they have been terrible. The last election no one challenged Trump or Biden, two outwardly terrible candidates and could not tell the truth to save themselves. Then the Democrats anoint Harris, she proved to be in over her head immediately. Sad that we don’t have better candidates and the rich have bought the two parties.

Neither Sanders nor Cortez are corrupt. They are a bit to the extreme but then again and in a Democracy where all there are controls, their extremes will not get anything passed. That means that the negatives of their extreme views get canceled. In a Aristocracy/Dictatorship, no such controls exist and that is why the Republicans are more harmful than the Democrats.
