I told you those numbers weren't real.

Trump has destroyed the credibility of many of our government agencies such as the bureau of labor statistics by replacing technocrats with sycophants. No one with a brain believes any information that comes out of these agencies anymore and they should not. I don’t if their credibility will ever be restored where they were pre-Trump.
I know two morons who do

Correll and Papageorgio

Papa keeps bragging that Trump's tariffs have only raised prices 07%. Can you believe he believes that shit? And Correll believes blue collar wages are up because illegals are gone. That one should be true but is it? Enough to MAGA? Enough that they can afford Trump's tarriffs which I believe cost the average American $1500 more than last year under Biden?

Any source that tells them the truth they'll call fake news.

Papageorgio just told me tariffs have only raised prices .007% or something ridiculous like that. I called it out right away. Fake ******* news. No ******* way. My coffee went from $8.99 to $12.99.

Google washing machines, dish washers, stoves, fridges, and see how much tariffs have raised the prices.

It's almost as if Republicans weren't sincere last year when they said Biden was bad because things were unaffordable and inflation was his fault. They didn't fix it they added to it.

Let's not forget that Trump was going to lower prices from when Biden left office. Those prices that we had then are never going to come back. Because of tariffs. Unless Trump is just putting things back the way they were before he made things worse.
Remember, Progs came into power in 2020 telling us the greatness they were going to give us all. You phuke with oil and then printed up tens of trillions of dollars of fiat currency. And did not say a word with the disasters. Your Prog Socialist feminist women for decades are putting us in a death spiral. Scorched earth will affect near us all negatively, and it will end you.

The wise American will believe nothing this administration says.
Only the retarded want to go back to democrat policies.

They had no credibility before Trump. All they had were idiots like you they could lead around like a retarded puppy.

Only the retarded want to go back to democrat policies.

Democratic policies have saved the nation from the destruction that failed right-wing policies have caused. Trump has lied about how things are going just like he lied bout COVID. Your wish for white supremacy has you believing lies. You are the retard.

Go see a shrink. White supremacy is a form of psychosis.

Nonsense. Dragonlady told you what nonsense you are speaking. I'm glad she did it I'm sick of you.
Take it up with the facts, I can’t help that you are wrong. But Democrats are wanting America to tank because it is politicis over country for you.

Prove me wrong. I gave you the links, not my issue if you want to play stupid, that’s on you.

Economist are accusing the trump *administration of fudging the numbers to make a faltering economy look better than it really is.

They noted the same things I did. A lack of real data, prices that don't line up with the numbers released by the government, and "imputing" data where there was none (basically guessing).

And they aren't likely to get any more accurate for a while either.

And I know you're gonna attack the source but I had to find you one without a paywall.
When he did this -- Trump fires labor statistics boss hours after the release of weak jobs report -- what was going to happen is clear.

Now we're simply not going to know. ADP does a pretty good job with unemployment figures, but they don't have the resources (yet). But we'll have to rely on them and on general corporate quarterly report figures taken as a whole. So it will have to be independently-calculated analysis.

I know that internally at Goldman, that's what they're doing. They started putting it together right after the jobs guy firing. They know what's happening.

I guess I should be surprised, but I'm not.

Any source that tells them the truth they'll call fake news.
There is no better example on planet Earth of the Dunning-Kruger Effect than a Trumpster discussing macroeconomics. They are aggressively, arrogantly ignorant.

Analyzing and acting on it was my profession for over two decades, and I've just stopped even discussing it with them. It's exasperating and depressing.

Dec 12, 2025 — President Donald Trump touted the U.S. economy and asked when he will be awarded credit for creating "perhaps the Greatest Economy" ever in
ever in the nation's history.

"I inherited a MESS from the Biden Administration — The Worst Inflation in History, and the Highest Prices our Country has ever seen. In other words, Affordability, just 13 months ago, was a DISASTER for the American People, but now, it’s totally different! Prices are coming down FAST, Energy, Oil and Gasoline, are hitting five year lows, and the Stock Market today just hit an All Time High. Tariffs are bringing in Hundreds of Billions of Dollars, and we are respected as a Nation again," Trump asserted in a Truth Social post.

It's mind boggling, the greatest economy in the world EVER, but people can't afford anything?

Now you have swallowed the right's position that I/we "want" America to fail. Careful your GOP jersey is showing through your dress.

Well maybe that's a cherry picked percentage. Do you know that 85% of percentages are wrong? Off by 3% give or take? So it could be 3.007%

Tariffs in 2025 cost the average American household significantly, with estimates varying but generally falling between $1,100 and $2,400+
That's a fact too.
And it's going to go higher next year no way around that dumbass. So keep bragging. Next year you'll tell me I should have got a tariff raise from my employer. If I didn't that's on me. Right? You'll spin spin spin.
If your number is right, remember, corporations are paying 10% to 50% higher for things. Your dumb ass actually thinks they aren't going to pass that on to you? And you think your employer is going to give you a 10% raise? Ha!

I hate America. I hate DUMB AMERICANS who are ruining America with their votes. Oh yea, you aren't a Trump supporter.

Yup. I recall seeing this when the GDP number came out.

The U.S. economy grew at a much greater-than-expected pace in the third quarter, boosted by strong consumer spending, a delayed report released Tuesday showed.

U.S. gross domestic product, a sum of all goods and services produced in the sprawling U.S. economy, expanded by 4.3% in the July-September period, the Commerce Department said in its initial reading of third-quarter growth. Economists polled by Dow Jones expect a gain of 3.2%.

The irony being fudging the GDP number makes it difficult for the Fed to justify more rate cuts. Something Dotard has been demanding for months. It also makes its job harder since the Fed governors know they can't trust the data being put out by the regime.

And literally 1.8% of that was the $500B spent on the AI buildout.

So the 1.4% was left after what the tariffs did to the economy.

Now we have to guess, at least until we can trust "economic reports" again.

Lefties, maybe Trump will cause a global thermonuclear war and billions of people will die.

Imagine how much you could cry about him THEN?

When I saw they used zero as the housing change because they purposely didnt collect data which is 1/3rd of the index everyone knew it was bogus... then pile in all the goods they had blanks for in the release.

There have been many work stoppages for the US government and it NEVER affected the data. This was a purposeful level of incompetence to try and hide how things are deteriorating. Wont matter. Cant hide data til the midterms.

Pretty much a tale as old as time...as a boss when you incentivize good news, you tend to only get good news.
Pretty nuch the same old tale as “ sources have said….”, or in this case, “economists said”, unknown, unnamed, possibly invented sources.

I sure hope DOMESTIC products are going up with all the tariffs. Wasn't that the point? To get us to buy American? If companies are coming home when will they start producing? Trump says companies are coming home. Are they back? Or is this in a couple years?
