Trump credits his win over the use of the word groceries. The price of eggs was always his focus and his promise to reduce the price very quickly. He, as well as all his MAGA sources were adamant that the price of eggs was of the utmost importance. Now, the cult is claiming the price of eggs is immaterial, even though trump's promise to reduce the price was a major vote getter for him. Why?

I have a totally different take about Trump than you have. Merely because he talked about food prices, does not back up your claim he was discussing eggs. Trump needs to do more than provide lip service. If he really gave a damn about egg prices he would be helping the poultry industry. What's he doing to help? Do you know? If it was anything substantial he would have it all over the news, so no help from Trump. I notice all talk on inflation and bringing prices down have gone to the back burner of his agenda.

I don't even hardly buy eggs any more. If I bought a dozen eggs, they'd probably go bad before I used them all. Mainly just for baking.

You must be older than I since I did not mention anything about a promise. I didn't expect much from Biden and never said much about him. I think though he never said he'd help the poultry industry to fight the virus. Trump has mentioned lowering the price of eggs that are really out of his control, but a big but is he could with all his little minion's around him think of something to help the industry.
