I thought eggs were supposed to be cheaper.

Let's all analyze the above to ascertain what he accomplished.
He fires statement 1. Makes a claim followed by the needed ? mark. Then he creates his claim by insulting the party he insulted.

Last round was a question as if the question is true. But there is no evidence it is true. Then the statement included in the question. I saw his nemesis post data. But the data was not proven to be incorrect. But the insult he always uses was included.

Here is the data again:

If you can't see expulsions, removals and returns under Biden then you simply DON'T WANT to see easily found and verified facts.

When you do that you make yourself look silly. It is what is it is.

No one is excoriating trump for high egg prices. We are excoriating trump for blaming Biden for the price and for claiming only he could easily reduce the prices soon. You don't understand the difference there?
Oh, of course there are varying degrees of excoriation going on. I am merely pointing out that doing so looks rather foolish. I mean, did you seriously expect TRUMP! to wave a magic wand and drop prices day one? I don't care if he did claim he would, I did not expect him to do it. Now, lower prices a year, two years from now? Barring some disaster or the bursting of an economic bubble, sure, I expect lower prices. I also expect the usual suspects (you know who you are) to be carping about stuff not even a little bit less, more so in fact. I expect them to complain every day for the next 4 years, 12 if JD succeeds where Cackles failed.

Even if your 12,000,000 Illegals is remotely true.

Can you state the number of Illegals let into the USA during the first trump term.

You have a number for biden, what is trumps number?
17

Uh, Your first post that started this ridiculous thread: "Trump promised that groceries would get cheaper starting on day 1 of his presidency. Especially eggs. What happened? Was he just making shit up again?"

So you didn't expect Trump to live up to his bullshit rhetoric and promises...but you are upset that someone, unlike you, will actually fault him for it?

That's kinda the point. trump lies about EVERYTHING and his cult doesn't care.

The left is so sad at this point, even Maddow same thing. You lost.

You don't understand that was for failing to do what he promised? Are you that stupid?

I am laughing that someone thinks it's a credible gotcha to excoriate him for not doing the impossible. Those of us in the real world knew that the whole time. Let's just put it this way, it is to pity someone who takes a politician's promise at face value without even looking to see if it's possible or not.

Tell you what, if he lowers prices, that's a win for everyone, except of course for the usual suspects who will dance around, claiming that it wasn't done in a single day so doesn't count and no one should be happy about it. When the bird flu abates, prices will come down.

Tell us you were not so stupid that you actually thought he would drop prices on day 1 and that's why you're upset about it.

Because you don't understand how economy works.

Trump has no plan to bring down prices, no new mandate for Fed to target deflation instead of standard 2% inflation.

It's a gotcha to point out he knowingly promised to do what he knew was impossible.

Correction, POLITICIANS lie about everything, and their supporters don't care. Tell us who you supported in this last election, and I can probably find some whoppers they told. In this case, we have a previous term to judge by and vastly preferred it over the alternative. In short, you just look silly getting all upset about this one thing, especially when he's making such big steps everywhere else.

Oh you rush to defend Biden!!!

I looked it up.

On X, formerly Twitter, a post by user Alex Cole, viewed 106,000 times, wrote: "Donald Trump lied, he did not bring down the price of eggs on day one. It went up by almost 40%. It was much lower under Biden."

Newsweek could not find that Trump pledged to lower prices on day one in office; while Trump made commitments to lower prices, he hadn't tied it to a get-go guarantee, admitting before he was inaugurated it would be "hard" to lower prices.

Asked in Time's "2024 Person of the Year" interview whether his presidency would be a "failure" if he didn't bring down grocery costs, Trump replied: "I don't think so."

Hold onto that, because he's running rings around the democrats right now, getting done vast amounts of what he promised to do.

I don't trust trump to do anything he promises to do. His constant lies are the point of this thread.

Now, now, you know that democrats live by narrative, not fact, and they believe he said it, so they're dancing around, pointing at the strawman they built while TRUMP! just goes about his business, getting stuff done.

And yet he's getting done what he said he was going to do. Tell you what, link to where he promised to bring down egg prices on day one and let's see if he made any other statements about them since.
