When police officers murdered Breonna Taylor in her home the citizens of Kentucky had to pay her family the largest settlement ever received by a citizen of that state despite most of them never having heard of her before let alone being responsible for firing hundreds of rounds of ammo into her home.No, it's not -- unless you believe those who did not hold slaves are responsible for the harm caused to slaves.
