Right now I am on 2 mg of colanzapam
It really stabilizes my mood and helps anxiety and ocd
The problem is I have a hard time getting out of bed.
If I need to get up very early at 845 ..it’s impossible

1 mg is not enough dose for me !!

Have sex, even with yourself, 5 times a day.

Discuss this with the doctor who prescribed it.

Maybe not Quasar 44, You may simply suffer with Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome:
Your biological clock is 24.7 hours a day, which delays the onset of being tired enough to fall asleep. The pattern is, sort of getting sleepy around 3 am, power sleeping at about 6 am and waking refreshed 8 hours later at 11 am.
It is killer to be sound asleep at 6am when the alarm goes off at 7.

Advanced Sleep Phase Syndrome: Can't stay awake past 9 am, but are up and at 'em at 4 am.
My family is split right down the middle. I could call everyone at 4 am, and 1/2 would be getting up and the other half would be going to bed.

I made a mistake. Advanced sleep phase people can't stay awake after 9 pm, not 9 am. It makes sense now. Sorry.
