Can you get mechanics lien law protection in that type of business? If not I would still dun him monthly and turn the non-payment over to the credit bureau if possible. Might be cheaper and easier to pay the two hours, rather than take the ding on credit. I suppose though, that if you have enough expendable cash or income to hire a security consultant for your private home, you probably do not have to give a damn about minor credit rating dings.
