I Ran the C.I.A. Now I’m Endorsing Hillary Clinton.

This should make any principled person refuse to vote for the reality show host

"During a 33-year career at the Central Intelligence Agency, I served presidents of both parties — three Republicans and three Democrats. I was at President George W. Bush’s side when we were attacked on Sept. 11; as deputy director of the agency, I was with President Obama when we killed Osama bin Laden in 2011.

I am neither a registered Democrat nor a registered Republican. In my 40 years of voting, I have pulled the lever for candidates of both parties. As a government official, I have always been silent about my preference for president.

No longer. On Nov. 8, I will vote for Hillary Clinton. Between now and then, I will do everything I can to ensure that she is elected as our 45th president.

Two strongly held beliefs have brought me to this decision. First, Mrs. Clinton is highly qualified to be commander in chief. I trust she will deliver on the most important duty of a president — keeping our nation safe. Second, Donald J. Trump is not only unqualified for the job, but he may well pose a threat to our national security.

I spent four years working with Mrs. Clinton when she was secretary of state, most often in the White House Situation Room. In these critically important meetings, I found her to be prepared, detail-oriented, thoughtful, inquisitive and willing to change her mind if presented with a compelling argument.

I also saw the secretary’s commitment to our nation’s security; her belief that America is an exceptional nation that must lead in the world for the country to remain secure and prosperous; her understanding that diplomacy can be effective only if the country is perceived as willing and able to use force if necessary; and, most important, her capacity to make the most difficult decision of all — whether to put young American women and men in harm’s way."

Ex head of CIA under Bush: Trump an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation

These right wingers are positive this story is a hit piece from Kos or Huffpost. No matter what Trump says, these right wingers believe him. Including "I know more than the generals" and "Putin thinks I'm brilliant" and "I watched the money being taken off". Fortunately, Trump has never said he pays his workers. How can he? With all the workers he's stiffed?

Trump is dangerously unprepared to be president.

EX-CIA CHIEF: TRUMP AN ‘UNWITTING AGENT’ FOR PUTIN

Endorses Clinton, Savages Trump...

‘Already Damaging Our National Security’...

Believes Putin Has Manipulated GOP Nominee...

‘Played Upon Trump’s Vulnerabilities By Complimenting Him’...

So you're now claiming that Trump doesn't build skyscrapers? Pretty sure I saw more than one the last time I was in New York City. What's Hillary ever built?

Her bank account.

Has there EVER been a couple who have made more money from their elected positions than the Clinton's have? Even close? I can't think of any...

But Jillian is convinced that Hillary is here to fight for the little guy!

You a socialist and against people making money?

I'm against people who hold public office making millions from the power they wield. That's who the Clinton's ARE! What's laughable is that they've raked in millions over the years yet can still convince people like you and Jillian that they are here fighting for the little guy!

The've made money making speeches. And you are going to say supporting a self-proclaimed billionaire is fighting for the little guy?

Har har, hardee har har.

Wake up and smell the coffee, Isaac! Hillary Clinton isn't that gifted a speaker! They made money trading political favors to the well connected. The "speeches" you speak of are just the way that they laundered the money. You know it and so does anyone else with any common sense!

Why do you think Wall Street heavy hitters and Washington insiders are all pulling so hard for Hillary to win, Isaac? Do think either of those groups want to see any change to the status quo? Trump doesn't need their money...he already has his own!

Barring her death, Hillary will win this election in a landslide. For all intent and purpose, the election for POTUS is over. Hillary's campaign and the DNC just need to make certain that everyone gets to the polls. So now what? Now it is time to push for those Senate seats and House seats. As bad as things are now for the Republicans, the Senate almost certainly will turn Democratic again. I have held off making any political donations, because I did not want to send Hillary money if it wasn't needed. Now I am free to use the money I have planned to donate to those Democrats running for Senate who are in tight races, including in my own state of Ohio where Ted Strickland should be able to unseat Rob Portman. As for why I am certain that this race is over, new polling today shows Hillary up four points in Georgia. This may well turn into a snowball effect where everyone on the fence decides they don't want their vote going to a loser. The race may tighten up again, but more likely Hillary will continue to extend her lead. Texas might even come into play if this continues. Don't believe that is out of the question, because as Hillary continues to build large leads in even swing states, she can use all of her money for advertising in states that normally would not vote Dem.

So now the left is throwing in with the CIA. The CIA that let us down on 9/11. The CIA that authors kill lists for Obama. The same CIA that Hillary's server put in danger. Ok so now the left is in love with the CIA, I have now officially heard everything.

your idea of what's "left is probably deluded"

again, dumb donald is unfit. that's why republicans are bailing...

rightwingnut trolls are so funny.

This board is filled with rightwingnut trolls. There are maybe a handful of cons on this board who aren't just complete nutjobs. As a former Republican and moderate, I can attest to this since I am constantly referred to by these kooks as a far left wing liberal.

they're so up their own butts, they wouldn't know left if it bit them.

The LWNJ's are hilariously overconfident.

poor little boy... if moderates are LWNJ's.... then most of the country must be LWNJ's.

as opposed to trumpsters....40% of 47% of the electorate.

now hush.

no one takes anything for granted....

but there is nothing that is going to make dumb donald sane

"I was at W's side on 911...

and we were laughing our asses off about how much money we made on our defense stocks, oil stocks, long bonds, and gold."

Sincerely,

Hillary's CIA supporter

You're a Leftwingnut Jillian.

Please keep blubbering about how "dumb" Trump is.....

Anyone arguing Trump is NOT DUMB has paid NO ATTENTION to reality. The guy has made one "third grade caliber error" after another. He CANNOT STOP. There isn't a GOP nominee in the past 50 years who wouldn't be 10 points ahead of Hillary right now, not one.

Awesome, we have another nutter in this forum. Welcome.

You have no evidence that Simpson, Duke, or Manson would start wars over lies for self enrichment and favorable media coverage. We know Hillary will do that. So cut that scratching your head stuff. You support a monster. Stop pretending she isn't a monster.

Good luck with this democrat candidate who has jeapordized national security because of her email stupidity. Then the clinton schultz conspiracy on the DNC screwing over old uncle bernie. How about clinton wanting to outdo obama on bringing tens of thousands muslim refugees to this country -how does this in any way benefit America?
Anyone democrats here watched clinton cash? Or do you think that's another far right conspiracy.
