Tariffs won't be applied to Canadian oil, or so they say. All the other raw materials from Canada are fair game so it could raise construction costs and the price of housing. Time will tell.

I hope New York, Pennsylvania and Michigan have an alternative source of electricity. Ontario is cutting off your electrical purchases.

Canadians are already boycotting US products and produce.
