I know how big trump is on the idea of "Made in the USA"

There's a difference between emotionally supporting the concept of Made in America and intellectually realizing it isn't feasible to bring back a significant amount of manufacturing jobs. As I wrote previously, a financial analyst I saw this AM on CNBC said the cost of an i-Phone made here would be approx. $3,500. See the problem? Are you up for buying a $75 dress shirt from Eddie Bauer that would cost $120? There are a myriad of examples.........all wildly inflationary.
That is reality. Then of course the insane extremism will be reduced. And you don't want that. Men in dresses were proper in red-light districts 30/40 years ago. They went from that to teaching children in public schools in recent years.

The American people committed harakiri on themselves when they elected Trump.

Gene is one dumbmotherfucker…he must not have been around when the fag loving purple hair nose-ringers shut down our nation over a flu virus.

Indeed, we can than Democrats for destroying the garment, and shoe industry in America.
The introduction of global trade agreements in the mid-20th century fundamentally changed and diminished the U.S. garment industry. The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), signed in 1947 (Truman Democrats), aimed to reduce barriers to international trade, making it easier for companies to import goods from abroad. NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement, which went into effect in 1994 (Clinton Demorats), further accelerated this shift by eliminating tariffs on goods traded between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
While these agreements helped reduce costs for businesses, they also led to a surge in outsourcing. American companies realized they could pay workers far less in countries like China, Bangladesh, and Mexico while still bringing goods into the U.S. without significant penalties.
Putting hundreds of thousands of American workers out of work and destroying the Union. (ILGWU).

even under the best of circumstances, it will be years for all the factories to be built. in the meantime, there are already lay offs happening.
Not at the company I work for. They are instituting mandatory overtime and hiring a ton of new people.

Thats one of my favorite things to do. After poking and getting them stirred I usually add some lighter fluid and a match.
