Perhaps I'm wrong but wasn't Susan Rice our Ambassador to the United Nations from 2009 to 2013 and United States national security advisor from 2013 to 2017.

Did Benghazi NOT happen on 9/11/2012? Were she and her extensive intelligence gathering NOT supposed to provide intelligence and information TO the administration? If Dr. Rice's job was only as a talking head, couldn't anyone have done the job and take notes at UN meetings?
