It is well proven that given the natural course of event orgsanisations to not bring in diversity. During the hiring process people have an natural bias to hire people like themselves, this lead to organisations who end up with white men.
Diversity bring in more points of view and actually makes the company stronger... Diversity challenges the norm and creates a more creative environment.
This is why companies are into diversity, it make better companies...
Also if a person doesn't get a job because wrong sex or race, it usually means you are getting more bang for your buck.

Really equal, I have been staffing projects for years... I always have gone for the guy/girl who grew up in a poorer more unfashionable area. Why? Because I know they know what real work is...
Not all but you do get a section from the rich kids who believe they are entitled. No hunger.
Life isn't equal... If your parents are rich you get things easier than poorer kids...
America is well below Europe for Social Mobility... i.e. harder to get rich... US is lagging behind in offering people the opportunity of climbing...
So you believe in no corporate responsibility... You are in a company to make Shareholders richer, that's all...
That is one of the fundamental differences with how US (especially RW) sees the world compared to the rest... The Rest of World) especially EU) see corporates as an entity to make everyone's life better...
- What you are saying is to move all about to China because it is cheaper and f*ck US workers....
- Corporations should be allowed to lobby as much as they like and government should be effectively paid by them
- If corporations pollute or injure people, hey do the numbers, pay the fines(which you fixed by lobbying) and make shareholders richer
