1. Those who pay most of the taxes NATURALLY will benefit the most from any tax cut that affects them. Do the math, if one guy pays 2 million a year while another pays 2,000 and a third pays 0, and they all get a 10% tax cut, who benefits the most?
2. Social spending outweighs everything else in the budget by a large margin.
