I didn't think much of professional politicians before this, and their craven behavior here has only solidified that.

All they care about is saving their political (and maybe more) skin. Another great reason for term limits.

Take McConnel. He's retiring next year & other then voting for a couple of Trump's unqualified hacks, not a peep out of him. Trump even attacked his wife with a racial slur & still- crickets.
