It has buttons own the side of the turtle neck so i just ended up undoing them and wearing it open. It looks great lke that. Everyone was very impressed!

My one is short and short sleeves and the turtle neck has buttons. It opens like so well. I wish i could post pics but one must be careful when one has aired one's political opinions.

I fussed and fussed before i worked out it could just be worn like that. It only opens around the neck, no lower.
