It all falls back to the people and who they elect to office. WA is one of the most liberal states I have ever lived in - in fact, as bad aas CA, but 10 years behind in idiocy.

they did. When is it up to the JUDICIARY BRANCH to make laws? Lets just remove the Congress and have the Supreme Court start making laws now. It would save us all the hassle of having alot of those buildings in washington.

I'm writing my congressmen/woman right now and letting them know how ticked off I am at the whole "bench legislation" issue. Congress becomes irrelevant when the Supreme Court makes all the laws, and it all started with the pro-abortion hippies in Roe vs. Wade.
