In my opinion context is everything. Specific words/phrases are not in themselves 'criminal.'I think catch fascist should be included for an arrest considering that it's connected to Tyler Robinson.

For instance if we object to something someone did, an expression 'they ought to hang him/her' is most likely just an expression and not an offense.
But to say, 'let's get a rope and hang him' is far more sinister and should be looked at more closely as to intent.
That's not the kind of hate that I'm talking about wanting to put a stop to.

Yeah they should, because any law passed will only be used against us. Best we let these fools identify themselves and fire them.A lot of you keep asking me this question. Even some of you being Republicans. Well this is why. Tell me honestly, do you think that any of these people should be allowed to walk free in society?

I understand. But again, so far as actionable offenses, it is always a matter of context. No words in and of themselves are disallowable as free speech. It is the context in which they are used.I see what you're saying but I would find that phrase to be extremely alarming and threatening right now and highly suspicious.

Half of you dumb ***** don't even knows what free speech entails, much less it's limits.
Don’t be a Paine.^^^ No one got this?
Here's a pro-tip, quit being a whiney weakling.I'm pretty sure that this would both be considered illegal as it incites lawless action but I accidentally erased your points.

The fruits must not have been in season. There were none out. They sure were later in 2010.Yes it was. You must have missed it.
There was no worship, he just shouldn't have died that way. Then why stand up for Floyd? The guy was a piece of shit sorry as human being but yet, your side worship him at the altar.
