I did not attack your argument, because one did not exist. You made a stupid comment that there were things that were not done that you did not like. Well, duh! there were things that were not done that all of us did not like!

You did in fact say that there were things that were not done that you did not like. That was not an argument. I was not refuting an argument.

I simply asked you, if there was anything that was done that you did not like.

I did not misrepresent your statement at all. You said it, I asked a question about it

I then gave examples of things that were not done by the Obama admin that hopefully all of us do not like. I didn't say those were things you didn't like about it. I only gave examples. Are you thinking that you would approve of America adopting a one child per couple policy? Are you in favor of invading Israel? I won't ask if you're in favor of America becoming socialist, your posts are evidence of that already.

Study up about strawmen arguments. It will do you good.

That makes no sense. Does that mean they don't have a right to a fair trial?

I mean it would mean that they shouldn't get government AID. That makes sense. Those aren't unalienable rights as far as I know. Seems a little silly to think it is. But right to a fair speedy trial??? That seems like something everyone should have. I'm pretty sure that's why the sixth amendment is there.
