Trump is not "matching tarrifs" his admin used some bullshit math based on trade balance, not actual tarrif rates.

So if we are buying products from a poor country that can't afford American products, then degenerrates at the Trump admin treated that as a country that has high tarrifs against us.

Vietnam, a country which not only has no tarrifs against US imports, but actually imposes tarrifs on their own EXPORTS to us was hit with 46% US import tarrif.

Israel also has no tarrifs on US imports, but was hit with 17% US import tax rate.
