Omg ..is it Beyond exhausting !!!!
After 3 min ..it felt like a truck was on top of me .
I never did live before .only drills

Wow ..I can’t think of anything more exhausting and difficult
If happens so fast that I was slow to act .
I lost every time but it was my first time !!

I was just too slow to react as the intensity was too much . I will get better lol

it’s total muscle fatigue and then I just had zero left

Most guys in class are about 18-25
I am 45 lol
I am just an eccentric guy

watching all this ufc ..and I just want to learn as much as I can lol

As a kid ..I only did tennis !!
The most athletic boys all did basketball..so I figured tennis made sense
I was number 2 on my middle school team
I wish I did wrestling instead lol so bad azzz

LOL. It's a different kind of challenge. A lot of people who think they are in shape, gas within seconds on the mat. A lot of people who think they are jacked up strong guys end up completely helpless within seconds as well. I guess part of your exhaustion came from adrenaline dump, so you burned up some of your own energy just being a little freaked out by it all. Don't stop now! With more and more experience you will find your wind getting better and your mind working more clearly during the seemingly chaotic energy of the moment. This in turn improves reaction time. Keep at it, champ!

I believe I can reach maybe a JV level in several months but that is about it lol

most of our wrestling is predicated with boxing ..so I was confused
I stuck to my under hooks but I was slow

I can’t do both in one day

There's a lot more than that involved in wrestling.
I did it again
Instead of being taken down in 10 seconds ..I lasted a full 1-2 minutes
I have yet to land a td ,but I was much better on day 2 . Not as tired and not as super nervous
Did a few sprawls and avoided a few snap downs and singles
I hate am classes !!!
