Back in my Oregon days I would sometimes go hiking all day on the weekends

Now in my Vegas days : I seem to rather lounge around in my bed or couch . I sometimes go to the casino and drink and eat popcorn .

Funny. I ran a tiller all day Wednesday, laid sod, Thursday and some on Friday, partied and drank on Saturday as I turned 67, kicked back on Sunday. At right midnight, I got out and hit the gym for an hour and a half and just got back. I figure, I'm maintaining ok.

I feel you. I fix up people's houses then come home to mine with no energy to do shit. Took me 4 months to replace my deck last winter. Been on this stupid bedroom paint for 3 days so far. I still need to paint the rest of the house. Gut and redo the bathroom and kitchen then redo all the main level floors.
And I barely have the energy to keep up with the garden & lawn.

It is obvious that "Father Time" is not the root cause of your issues.

It is where you are.

If one hates their surroundings, and everything associated with their surroundings, they are bound to be miserable.
