Juries and judges are obsolete especially since the days of OJ which proved post "civil rights" (preferential treatment for darkies and jews) juries do not care about justice, preferring to making a statement against ******. Evidence needs to be weighed in the context of common sense, and since that is so rare today, maybe a computer program.
