I guess you don't seem to understand how bills are written and how they are put into law.
You do know that a spending bill has more than one part to it, right? It's not just one big pot of money and you can dip into it to spend it on whatever you want. It has to be spelled out in detail....which is what Democrats don't like to do.

You can be critical of the bill because it spends too much money.
You can be critical of the bill because it spends money on things you don't agree with.
Then you can turn around and vote for the thing when they cut it back to what you can accept, and it has spending you can agree with. Just because you were against the bill doesn't mean you can't be for the bill once they fix all of the things you criticized.
But you figure they either have to be totally against it or totally for it.
And you seem to think that this makes some sort of point for you.
Personally I don't think most of this money would have been voted on if not for COVID.....and Democrats took advantage of yet another crisis they created to spend us into even more massive debt. But Republicans forced them to cut it back from over $3 trillion to just over $1 trillion.

Can you figure out why a Republican would want to take credit for that?

You can also approve of certain aspects of a bill that's passed while still objecting to the bill overall because of other parts.

Democrats specialize in decimating the military and looting the treasury every time they get in charge.
