Anybody wanna' buy a boat?

We dodged a great big bullet this time around; very little damage around town. I've spoken to friends up north and they're good (coastal South Carolina), so it looks like Ian may be letting go of its ferociousness...

Good news from the hurricane front is that the Hulkster, Hulk Hogan was spared in Clearwater Beach and Hogan's Hangout will be open this evening for a major hurricane party to officially bid adieu to Ian.

There really wasn't a great deal of damage here; some downed signs, etc, and businesses in the heart of downtown, along Avenida Menendez, had a few inches of water come in but, being it wasn't their first rodeo, the only real damage were wet floors:
