Former special counsel Robert Hur revealed in Capitol Hill testimony that Biden 'willfully' retained classified materials as a private citizen and gave them to Mark Zwonitzer - the ghost writer of his $8 million book - who later tried to destroy them.
'We identified evidence that the President willfully retained classified materials after the end of his vice presidency, when he was a private citizen,' Hur said during the high-stakes hearing.

Also, later he admitted knowing about classified information at the penn-Biden center.

That goes to prove he knew he had classified, since he knew he had them but didn’t start returning them until 2022, and it goes to lend credence to my theory that the only reason he started to return them is because of an “oh shit” moment when they started going after trump.

This is all pretty much spot on. The case against Biden is definitely stronger than I thought it would be.
